You would think that guys smart enough to design analog semiconductor chips would be smart enough to be able to do bookkeeping and accounting, but apparently not. On October 1, 2007 it was announced that Maxim would be delisted from the NASDAQ due to failure to file reports with the SEC. You can read the press release.
